In short: our website doesn't ask for your details, doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you.
Who we are
This website is run by Mocca Coffee and More, Periferiaki Odos Verias (Veria ring road), Thessalonikis, Veria 591 32, Greece. For anything about your data, ask us at the café or send us a message on Instagram.
What we don't collect
There are no forms, accounts or newsletters, so we don't collect your name, email or phone number. We don't use cookies, Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising tools. Our fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver the pages, the server necessarily handles technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and may log it temporarily for security. This is based on our legitimate interest in running the site properly and securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't use this data to identify you. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Google map
On the Contact page the map does not load by itself. Only if you press “Show map” does your browser connect to Google Maps; Google then receives your IP address and may store cookies. The same applies if you open the “Open in maps” link. Your choice isn't saved: next time the map will be hidden again. See Google's privacy policy.
The Instagram link is a plain link: nothing is sent to Meta until you click it. Once you open it, Instagram's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict your data, and to object to its processing. Since we don't keep any of your data, there usually won't be anything to hand over, but you can always ask. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If we add anything to the website that changes the above, we will update this page.
